Impressed with the heigh standard of work from all the staff. Dipesh is a excellent dentist, so professional and he really took the time to explain the work needed taking me through photos to ensure I was happy with it.Big shout out to the dental nurse who ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointments as a I was a little nervous to start with - excellent care which cannot be underestimated. Charlotte the hygienist was also outstanding in her work and mannerism. A big thank you to the receptionist too who coordinates everything seamlessly and with a smile.I would highly reccomend Carlton Dental!

Along with my children, I have been visiting the Carlton Dental Practice for a number of years and have to say that the treatment offered by all the staff at the practice is exceptional.From booking to appointments to seeing my regular dentist, I am kept fully informed and updated, even if they need to move my appointment to a later date.There have been a number of occasions when they have contacted me prior to me scheduled appointment, offering me an earlier one due to a cancellation.Great service from a great team and would highly recommend this practice to everyone !

I can’t say I was looking forward to this visit. Due to not attending a dentist for over 15 years and being a heavy smoker until recently.However I was pleasantly surprised by how considerate and careful the hygienist was during my appointment. I knew it was going to be a tough experience but I was talked through and considered throughout the treatment. I also had to revisit the next day due to a concern and once again the service was spot on.I never thought I’d say this, but I will more than likely return!

For anyone THINKING of getting work done at Carlton Dental. I HIGHLY recommend them for numerous reasons. Personally I have had to get extensive work done as some of my adult teeth never grew out and on top of that I was an alcoholic for most of my life.I looked at a few practices, but ultimately decided on Carlton Dental for the mere fact that they were the closest. I can now recommend them for other reasons than the fore mentioned.They have the latest equipment, the staff is friendly and always accommodating. Now over the many sessions it took to get me smiling again for the first time in a long time I had the privilege to witness how they interact with myself and with each other and would like to thank them indieividually as well.Dipesh was my main consultant. He laid out a plan for me on request which was around 8-10 sessions. He explained what needed to be done in detail, used the latest equipment and I knew I was in trusted hands.Maryam (Nurse) really impressed me while I was staring for hours at the ceiling, but very much aware of every move going on how she anticipated what was going to happen next and having the necessary tools ready and just impressed me with her help she was providing Dipesh.Nurse Katy has an amazing energy about her when she is in a room and always made me feel comfortable... thank you so much.Keval (consultant) also did some sessions with myself and once again I just had this feeling that he knew what he was doing, took pride in his work and made the whole process seamless.Charlotte (Hygienist), wow where do I start with Charlotte. Hygienist extraordinaire. Very knowledgeable, explains the why's, what and how to like no other. Thank you for being you and my only niggle was with how far in advance she is booked up.Kate and Laura (receptionists). The receptionists are often overlooked for the role they play in a business, but right from the start they displayed friendliness, gave me the necessary information I needed and they are HIGHLY organised also thinking ahead in any possible way they can accommodate me in which ever way.The whole practice is very driven to create a professional, friendly and accommodating environment.Thank you once again and see you soon for any future needs.Charles

Aliyah Janmohamed is my dentist and she is amazing!! I am petrified of dentists I had neglected my teeth and needed treatment my first appointment I had to bring my daughter I was so scared. Excellent service received at this Dental practice, the reception staff are very good with people. They have a friendly manner and are good at putting patients at ease as they await their checkups and procedures.The dentist (Aliyah) also did a very careful job and was extremely thorough. As someone who is not a fan of dentists I can recommend Carlton dentist to put you at ease. I have recently had quite a large procedure carried out and I never felt a thing. Everything is explained to you step by step and any problem is shown to you by highly technical processes so that you can see for yourself where the problem is. Everyone is friendly and they put you as a patient first.

I saw a young hygienist who was filling in for a colleague I usually see. She was perfectly lovely, very considerate, gentle and thorough. I’d have given five stars- but I think charging £60 for 20-25 mins is a bit steep, especially as there is never much to do on me except a bit of light descaling and polishing.

Really good Dental practice.Good transparency with regards pricing.The Reception staff are really helpful.The Dentist/dental nurse, and hygienist, are really good at what they do.Great team, highly recommended.Update - I had to go back as the tooth was sensitive. I thought it maybe route canal time😬.I have been brushing too hard and the gum had receded a bit.He X-rayed it and compared it to the previous X-Ray, everything was okay.😅I was prescribed a fluoride toothpaste.This has really helped and cost me a prescription at the chemist.I think this is a benefit of the plan I am on, this also includes check-ups and visits to the tooth hygienist.The plan I am on is the lowest I believe, it does have a lot of benefits well worth a look.Ps - The team got me in really quickly to as it was painful - Thank you 😁.

This is a very caring and helpful dental practice. The atmosphere , if you are very nervous, like myself, is calming. Also, it is very accessible if you have any mobility issues, and it was overall very welcoming, amd super clean. Mr Patel , the dentist took time to answer all my questions, and was very clear with me about what I could do to help myself to improve my dental health. His dental nurse Laurie, was very kind and helpful, highly recommended.

17th August 2023Had replacement filling on 16th August, brilliant treatment from Mr Kirwan Patel, did not feel injection or treatment. So lucky to have such a good Dentist.Reception and Nurse also very helpful and friendly.If you are looking for a local dentist in Carshalton cannot think of better practice than Carlton. Highly recommended.

We visited the new dentist and new hygienist yesterday and was very pleased with them. The only thing that lets them down is the parking, you cannot park outside between 11am - 1 pm and although we were told there are 2 spaces allocated inside the barrier it seemed full up when we arrived. This is no way their fault but Sutton Council changing the parking restrictions.

I, like the rest of the world, dread going to the dentist……at least, I used to. It had proved to be very difficult to find a dentist locally & it was only following cracking a tooth that things got desperate.Thankfully, Carlton Dental was recommended by a friend & so I filled in their online form, not really expecting much. Within quarter of an hour I’d had a call from one of their excellent staff & was booked in for an initial appointment.Sadly, my treatment has/is involving two root canal treatments, but I honestly do not dread going to my appointments!You are always warmly welcomed and it is bright, smart & clean. My dentist is utterly committed to a pain-free treatment (& is pretty near 100% successful in that commitment!).I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a tooth extracted on my first visit to the practice having been referred there due to the complexity of the extraction. Receptionists and assistants were very pleasant and friendly and Mr Patel performed the extraction without any pain. Everything clearly and concisely explained prior to the procedure. A very friendly, airy and spacious dentist practice. It was very covid safe and felt at ease. People dread going to dentist, but this practice definitely makes you feel at ease. The staff are friendly and the dentist (Dr Dilan Patel)was very patient and kept checking to see if I was OK.I initially called to book an appointment but got left with an answer machine, but someone called me back promptly to book in an appointment. Form filling was very efficient as I got an online link via my phone to fill in the necessary details. This was straight forward and was better than filling in forms once at the practice. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice.

Would recommend this practice. Recently returned to this practice after moving back to the area. I must say it has improved a great deal. The decor in much nicer, the modernisation of the practice was well overdue and a welcome sight. I was also impressed with the range of services now on offer. I felt very safe throughout, the dentist (Dipesh) was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Very happy with the service!
